Catching up with July Pictures

One day I will grow into Daddy's hat!

Mommy and me!

I love to swim!

Mommy and Daddy took me to Grandma's to visit and she read me my bedtime story.

Maw Maw and me!

Paw Paw holds me while I snooze.

All Puppy Dog

Daddy suprised Mommy and me with lunch in the park when we had unseasonably cool weather in mid-July. I needed to borrow his shades to help block the sunshine, plus they made me look like a really cool dude!

Pop reads to me.
I recently found my feet and love to put them in my mouth!

This is usually how I greet Mommy and Daddy each morning.

The Week in Pictures

Independence Day 2009

Sawyer is like his Mother, very seasonal. (sorry @ the sideways pic)

This boy knows how to travel!

He found himself in his playset's mirror.

Sawyer and buddy Patrick O'Reilly

Laura and friends at "Babies-n-Brunch" hosted by Kem Jackson. You can see that Sawyer is all boy, unhappy at being cooped up at a girly party!

3 Months

I stopped by one of my logging jobs and introduced Sawyer to a "toy"!

His new accomplishment is to hold his head up while on his tummy.

After a long day at Pop and Mim's farm Sawyer had to get in the recliner and take a snooze.

Father's Day 2009

It was great to spend Father's Day with my Daddy and my son. I am so very thankful that my heavenly Father has blessed me with a Godly man as my Daddy and I pray that I am the same for Sawyer. As you reflect on your earthly father today, whether he is here or has already passed, take time to remember the FATHER! He alone is worthy of our praise and adoration. I know that as we skim these blogs we can sometimes be in a hurry, but I ask that you take just a few minutes to follow the link below and listen to the song, How Deep the Father's Love. I dare you... try to keep dry eyes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjD0lv8hx5o Below are some pictures from my first Father's Day!
Daddy (POP), Me, Sawyer
Sawyer with one of my saddles and my old cowboy hat.

It was 98 degrees here in AL so we hung out in our pool! (Our neighbors with real swimming pools were so jealous!)

Just chillin!

Yes, even the girls had to get in and cool off after Sawyer and I played.

Reminiscing Peru

At this time last year we were high in the Andes Mountains of Peru teaching conversational english and sharing with the people of Chiquian, Peru about the saving Grace of Jesus. Below are a few pictures from that experience.
